• Championed a hackathon that produced the production BERT-based recommender system for Oneplay, serving 1M+ users with a Hit Rate@10 of 95% (vs. 27% ALS baseline) and Precision@10 of 35% (vs. 3%)
• Productionized the BERT model’s training and inference pipelines on Databricks, with cleanly separated components that have run stably since launch
• Took over a delayed RFM model, redefined its scope to combine RFM segmentation with lightweight churn modelling, and delivered on a revised timeline – one of three new data-science projects shipped to production in 2025
• Led rapid prototyping of a churn-prediction model in one month, testing dozens of feature types and building an end-to-end production pipeline
• Owned projects end to end – from scoping and prototyping through productionization and stakeholder communication – and led a data scientist who delivered first results within one week of onboarding
